The property has beautiful views of the bay, rocks and...

The property has beautiful views of the bay, rocks and crashing waves. The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the traffic noise is almost unbearable when in the room at night. My suggestion would be to install heavy exterior entrance doors and change the glass out above tge doors to dual pane glass.

What would you highlight about Hotel Las Rosas & Spa

Not what we expected.

The view was absolutely beautiful. The sun set was amazing and the staff was friendly. The location was ideal and it was very nice and quiet. Very close to the tutorial area and the wine route.

For the name and price I would have expected a lot more. The room was nice but it was not that clean. The carpet seemed like it wasn’t properly vacuumed in a while. Found a lot of hair when we dropped an earring backing and couldn’t find it. There was a stain in the shower curtain that looked like feces. The shower was very small and not very clean. The hair dryer in the room was not working and when asked for a replacement, one never came. The view was absolutely beautiful but that’s as far as we could say. The staff was very friendly although because we were so disappointed we didn’t really interact with them. I believe that because where the hotel is the price would be fair but you can really tell the hotels age.

Had an amazing time and really enjoyed the views and every area at hotel las rosas

I absolutely love the view, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the room was very clean with a king size bed, and a nice balcony. The restaurant is very clean, great food, loved the service they give us. I highly recommend Hotel Las Rosas

It was OK, but overpriced; I wouldn't stay at that hotel again.

The view from our room and from the pool area was fantastic. The staff was very nice.

The room was very basic and old considering how much we were charged. In addition, the coffee maker in the room was dirty and there were hairs on our sheets. The information book provided in our room did not provide much information at all. There was no menu nor did it state what services were provided at the spa.

We drive down from LA for 5 days and let me tell you, it was...

We drive down from LA for 5 days and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The location was absolutely beautiful, the food at the restaurant was seriously AMAZING (we ate at least one meal there every day, sometimes two!), and the drinks were great too! Also, the staff was so wonderful, very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Overall, this place is a gem and I am so happy that we found it. We will be back!!

The view of the ocean from balcony, location, and parking

The rooms are dated and the towels/linens need to be replaced entirely. The noise from the busy street can be heard inside the rooms. The pool looked green even though it was probably clean.

Ruined by staff allowing loud, unruly, dangerous, rude children and youth at resort's main feature.

Fabulous view, amenities including electric vehicle charge stations..

Staff allowed unruly children and youth and their parents to scream and play dangerous pushing / shoving off the infinity pool sides, ruining the serenity and beauty of the place the entire afternoon. That infinity pool view and having a quiet healing time there was the main reason I'd made the pricey booking.

What would you highlight about Hotel Las Rosas & Spa

Fabulous location with the best view and very large comfortable rooms with huge balconies.

The absolute best view. Hotel sits right on the beach and we left the balcony door open and listened to the waves all night. Nice pool area and the room was huge. My friend held her wedding outside by the pool and it was beautiful. Reception was held downstairs and the food and service were great.

Although the room was huge and very clean, it seemed a little tired. The fixtures were a little dated and it seemed to be missing some furniture. We had a huge spa tub in the room and that was fabulous. The hotel is located near the wine route and it was easy to find and navigate. We enjoyed tasting the wines and they were good and inexpensive. All the people we met were very helpful.

What would you highlight about Hotel Las Rosas & Spa

Would recommend this hotel.

It was definitely relaxing. It has a beautiful view. Very pleasant staff. I got a deep tissue massage by Cindy and it was very nice. The food at the restaurant was very good too.

The pool was not heated, way too cold. But hot tub was good. The road behind the hotel could be a little noisy and hard to get in and out of.
